Taylor to Step Back from Spotlight
At just 20 years old, country star Taylor Swift has been taking the world by storm, achieving unbelievable success in such a short amount of time. Just last month, Taylor picked up Four Grammy awards for her latest album Fearless.
Now, USA Today has reported that Taylor will be taking a little break from the spotlight so she won’t become overexposed.
“The next time you see her will likely be on the ACM (Academy of Country Music) awards show [in April] During that time, we’re going to have a new video, but as far as the talking head of Taylor Swift, that one’s gone into hiding for a little bit, at least on this continent.” says a rep from Taylor’s record label.
During the past few months, Taylor has also reportedly been staying low-key in the recording studio, where she has been laying down tracks for a third album.
“She was on an amazing writing spree through December and January, and we were able to go in and cut all those things, If she writes something great between now and July, it will go on the record. She’s been extraordinarily prolific the last six months.”
