Valentine’s Day actress Emma Roberts stepped out in a stunning blue dress Sunday evening (March 7th) to attend the 2010 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in West Hollywood. Along with the dress, Emma wore an even prettier necklace, with multicolored jewels.
