Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez stepped out in Madrid, Spain this afternoon (October 18th) for some press work. Dressed in a silk ruffled top and skinny jeans, Selena presented her album A Year Without Rain at the ME Hotel today.
Selena has also put up her gorgeous dress from her Year Without Rain music video up for auction, giving all of the proceeds to charity!
