Heading back to start filming the next movie in the Percy Jackson series, actor Logan Lerman was spotted in Vancouver yesterday afternoon (April 17) as he filmed some new scenes. Joined by co-stars Douglas Smith and Alexandra Daddario, Logan kept his head down as he tried to avoid the photographers in between takes.

The cast were seen filming parts of the movie on the water with a fake dragon, in a boat and along the boardwalk for their scenes.

The movie, called Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters is expected to be released into theaters March of 2013.

Setting the twitter world abuzz, the boys from One Direction have shared some new photos of themselves with a koala as they continue to explore Australia.

Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne all visited Boombear, an Australian koala. They posted pictures on twitter with the furry little animal, sending their fans crazy and creating new worldwide trends.

Blonde beauty Emma Roberts was bustling around Los Angeles yesterday, as she kept busy with errands. Emma was caught getting her nails done yesterday, heading back to her car while sporting a pretty black and white printed dress under a black suede jacket.

Over the weekend, Emma was spotted hanging out with her boyfriend Chord Overstreet as they had some fun at the Coachella Music Festival.

Wizards of Waverly Place sweetheart Selena Gomez showed off her longer hairstyle last night (April 17) as she made a live appearance on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars result show. Selena was on-hand to put on a live performance of her latest single Hit the Lights, which is a song off of her third studio album When the Sun Goes Down.

After the show, Selena was spotted with boyfriend Justin Bieber at the Staples Centre to cheer on the Spurs as they faced the Los Angeles Lakers. Justin & Selena even landed on the kiss cam!

Looking to be in good spirits, actress Ashley Tisdale was spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon with Patti Murin. Ashley and Patti, who are currently in the process of filming a CBS comedy shared a laugh as they walked outside as they headed for a bite to eat for lunch.

Ashley looked lovely in some high-waisted jean shorts along with a loose white top and dark UGG boots as she sipped her coffee and joking along with her friend. “Back at work with the gang!” Ashley tweeted as she headed to the set that morning.

Later on in the day, Ashley headed to the gym for her regular workout with her trainer and some hot yoga.

Making girls around the world love him even more, Hunger Games hottie Josh Hutcherson has just adopted a brand new puppy! Some pictures have made their way onto the internet of Josh with his new pooch, which is the newest addition to Josh’s family.

The news of Josh’s adoption appeared on his facebook page where it says, “Way to go Josh! Josh just adopted a Blue Pit puppy from a pit rescue!! Thanks to Josh, he now has a full stomach, warm bed and a loving owner!”

Josh is set to make an appearance this weekend at the GLAAD Awards, where he is set to receive an award for his work with the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community! He’s even the youngest person to have received an award.

Actress Dakota Fanning showed off a stylish gold chain headband last night (April 17) in New York, as she posed for picture outside the Vanity Fair Party. Rocking matching gold eyeshadow and a bold fuchsia dress, Dakota was on hand for the celebration which is a part of the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival.

Earlier this month, Dakota revealed in an interview that she refuses to join in on the worldwide trend of Twitter.

“I really don’t need to let people know where I am and what I’m doing.” Dakota shared. “I feel like a lot of people want their privacy but yet they tell people where they are. It’s just not for me. I don’t have a Facebook or Twitter and I won’t. There’s plenty of impostors out there. There’s enough Dakota Fannings on Twitter for all of us.”

Teen queen Miley Cyrus was spotted heading to the hospital yesterday afternoon (April 17) after having cut herself in the kitchen. Luckily, the 19-year-old star was not hurt too badly and received some stitches before she headed back home to recover.

Taking to her twitter, Miley tweeted to fans about her mishap while admitting that she’s not pleased the paparazzi followed her to the hospital. “as you can tell by the horrible faces I’m making I obviously didn’t know they were there. Pretty messed up following me to ER” She wrote.

“I’m all stitched up & have on a splint so I’m good. As you can tell by my expression, didn’t feel so good. Curse u blender!”

So glad that Miley’s alright!
