Halsey dropped by Good Morning America on Thursday (Oct. 12), where she performed her latest single Bad at Love.
Before her performance Halsey briefly talked about her new album and tour, saying:
“It’s been really special, I just put out my second album and the fans were so warm and amazing in receiving it,” she said.
“I’m on my Hopeless Fountain Kingdom tour now and I get to play Barclays Center tomorrow, which is crazy!” Halsey said. “It’s the biggest tour I’ve ever done, and I designed it so lovingly with so much care and attention to make sure that it’s a really intimate and mind-blowing experience for everyone who comes. I’m just hoping that everyone’s having the time of their lives on the tour, ‘cause I am!”
The official nominations for this year’s American Music Awards were announced today, revealing that Halsey is nominated for Favorite Song (Pop/Rock) and Collaboration of the Year for her song Closer with The Chainsmokers.
Really honored to have received an @AMAs nomination but really disappointed to hear near exclusively male names… such a missed opportunity
