Twilight star Kellan Lutz was spotted leaving Body Image Fitness Center in Beverly Hills on Monday (July 26th), after his daily workout. Kellan has been in and out of the gym almost every day, making sure he keeps his body in tip-top shape. He was even named summer’s hottest body!

Nightmare on Elm Street actor has been voted Summer’s Hottest Body this summer by fans on MensHealth.Com. Kellan managed to beat out Mario Lopez, Taylor Lautner, and Zac Efron for the best abs title.

Kellan was seen arriving at his local gym in Hollywood yesterday (July 21st) with his personal trainer. Kellan was getting ready to do some kickboxing, making sure he keeps his body in tip-top shape.

Cute couple Kellan Lutz and AnnaLynne McCord stopped by the Do Something Awards in Hollywood Monday night (July 19th) to support the organization. AnnaLynne wore a sexy mini dress in a peach color, while Kellan showed off his new hair color in a light colored suit.

Over the weekend, the pair also celebrated AnnaLynne’s birthday at the pool along with AnnaLynne’s sisters. Happy belated birthday AnnaLynne!

Nina Dobrev to play Kellan Lutz’s wife

Vampire Diaries hottie Nina Dobrev has just been cast alongside fellow vampire Kellan Lutz for a new movie called Deathgames.

Nina will play the role of Kellan’s wife, while other stars such as Samuel L Jackson, James Remar, and Derek Mears have also been cast in the film.

“Deathgames” stars Lutz as a man who’s abducted and forced into an underground fighting league for the entertainment of viewers online. Samuel L. Jackson also stars as the man controlling the fights.

Could Ashley Greene & Kellan Lutz be Replaced?

With their current dispute over their salary for Breaking Dawn, actors Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz have been holding out on the project where they play Alice & Emmet Cullen. Ashley and Kellan are currently looking for $1.5 million for filming the movie.

The director of the first Twilight film Catherine Hardwicke recently spoke up about the situation, revealing that it is possible that Ashley and Kellan could be replaced for the final movie.

“It would really break my heart if they were replaced, but it could happen. Things could turn ugly quickly,” She said. “They have all these people and outside influences telling you what to do,they tell you to hold out for this much because you’re such an important part of the franchise, and everyone is telling you to ask for more.”

Catherine did admit that the pair probably do deserve a bit more money for the last film, “Probably they do deserve more money, on one level,” she says. “But if everybody makes so much money then … [shrugs]. It is very complicated. Oh my, it is such a mess. I really hope they can sort it out because it would be a shame to lose any actors.”

Even though they don’t have the lead roles, would Breaking Dawn really be the same without them?

Kellan Lutz checks out Coachella

Eclipse actor Kellan Lutz was spotted Sunday afternoon (April 18) strolling around the grounds at the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California. Dressed in his favorite fedora and a Playboy shirt, Kellan checked in at the popular music fest to check out the scene on it’s last day.

Kellan is the star of the re-make of the horror film A Nightmare on Elm Street, which hits theaters on April 30th 2010.
