17-year-old singer Austin Mahone was on-hand last night for the 2013 Billboard Music Awards last night (May 19) in Las Vegas. Austin was one of the presenters during the award show, taking to the stage with singer Kelly Rowland to present an award.

Austin, who’s currently touring with Taylor Swift on her RED tour, has just announced that he’s been hard at work on his debut album and will soon be releasing the first single off of the album!

On Friday, Austin wrote on his Facebook: “This has to be the biggest day of my life!!!! I’ve worked so hard to get to this point and this wouldn’t mean anything to me if it wasn’t for all of you. I have the best crew in the world…Mahomies go so hard!! You guys mean so much to me I swear! I love all of you so much. The day has finally come!!! I will be releasing the first single from my ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The song is called “What About Love” and will be released on June 10th and will be available for pre order TOMORROW on iTunes!!!!!! ”

17-year-old singer Austin Mahone just shared a brand new video with fans of him doing an acoustic cover of Chris Brown‘s song Don’t Judge Me.

Austin is currently joining Taylor Swift on some of her North American stops during the RED tour, while prepping his debut album. The singer also recently revealed that he just filmed a brand new music video for his next single!

Say Somethin singer Austin Mahone has been hard at work lately, working on his music while heading out on his first tour with Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran.

Austin is currently joining Taylor on her RED Tour, and will continue to tour with the country star for the summer.

During a Q&A session with Cambio, Austin talked about touring with Taylor saying “She’s one of the nicest girls ever. I’ve never been on tour so it should be fun.”

Austin revealed that he’s glad he’s a singer, because it saved him from having a boring job! “My mom wanted me to become an architect.” Austin said. “That would be the most boring job ever, and I’m glad I’m a singer.”

Instead of working on buildings, Austin has been working hard on his new music. The 17-year-old singer opened up about his next single saying, “It’s a mixture of a lot of things. Trap music, then some older stuff. But kind of modernized a little.”

We can’t wait to hear the new single!

In the meantime, Austin revealed yesterday that he filmed a brand new music video as he took to his Twitter to share with fans: “Shooting my new video today!!”

If so then yes it is Twitter/Youtube star Jamie Laou and this time he has had a lot to say on Twitter about young up and coming singer Austin Mahone who also found fame on YouTube and twitter around the same time Jamie did. Jamie has been slatting the poor singer and has had a lot of support too even though Jamie has been slandering the young singer online. Jamie tweeted his fans saying ” This is the #1st video i seen of him, How is that singing AMAZING? It’s bad!? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PscM1OAK3JY ” and then shortly after that tweeting again saying ” The more justin bieber songs he sang the moe subscribers and views he got and the more austin merch he sold.” Then Jamie had hit back at some of Austin’s fans calling one of them a ” hoe ” on the social network site.

Is jamie going over the top? Already Jamie has hit back at Justin Bieber himself along with British boyband One Direction and even band member Harry styles commenting on him. Is Jamie right to voice his views? Or is he going over the top and being a internet troll?
