The boys from The Wanted will soon be taking over our TV screens, as their brand new show The Wanted Life premieres on E! in just a few weeks.

Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuinness, Tom Parker, and Nathan Sykes will be giving fans a full view into their lives as they head off to Hollywood as the UK band takes over the US.

“The rock star lifestyle is something that everyone has fantasized about and The Wanted are giving viewers total access into their world as they live out this dream,” said E! President Suzanne “This series is a perfect blend of music, bromance and superstardom chronicling the lives of one of music’s biggest groups as they continue to make their mark on the global stage.

British boy band The Wanted were spotted in Los Angeles on Thursday, as they made an appearance at the Grove to tape an interview for EXTRA. Max George, Tom Parker, Siva Kaneswaran, and Jay McGuiness were all on hand to promote the boys’ newest single Walks like Rihanna, which just released its official music video a couple days ago.

Unfortunately, the band was missing one of its members, Nathan Sykes, as he continues to recover from throat surgery.

During their interview, the boys talked about Nathan, where Tom said: “He’s doing alright. We won’t know for another month or so until he actually makes a recovery and starts singing again. But obviously it’s weird because we’ve never been apart.”

Max also said, “Chances are, he’s going to be OK. here is always the worry there but he’s only young so the chances are he’s going to be okay. But there’s always the underlying worry there because it was a huge operation he had. But the signs have been really good so fingers crossed.”

Best wishes to Nathan for a speedy recovery!

The boys from The Wanted have just released the official music video for their new single Walks like Rihanna! The video shows the guys gawking over a girl who ‘walks like Rihanna’, while suggesting music video ideas from past boy band videos.

The track will be included on the guys’ upcoming album, and will be available for pre-order tomorrow (May 8).

During a recent interview, the boys from The Wanted opened up about their overwhelming success, as well as plans for an upcoming tour with teen superstar Justin Bieber.

Justin, who just released his new album Believe has revealed to fans that he is planning to start his tour this September. The boys from The Wanted, who have opened for Justin before on tour, are hoping to hit the road with Bieber once more.

“Hopefully with Scooter now as our manager things will really take off. He bends over ­backwards for us.” Jay told The Daily Record. “We are quite messy characters and although we are still messy, he is making us presentable to America. He’s hooking us up with Chris Brown and Justin Bieber.”

“We’re planning to tour with Justin. We have started writing in the last few months and some stuff there is Justin-worthy.”

As for their huge success, the boys have had a hard time believing that it’s all true! We are as surprised as everyone else that things have blown up. I met a girl the other day who has been a fan since the start and she kept saying how massive we were now, but it’s still hard to believe. We are lucky.” Said Nathan.

Jay explained, “We are very busy ­travelling around lots on the tour bus and just greeting lots of radio stations and loads of fans and remembering the fact we are nice. “We were recently at the Billboard awards and as the new boys had our eyes opened. We couldn’t believe who we were sharing the stage with. It was people like Chris Brown, Alecia Keyes and so many others. So many people asked to party with us and we went out with LMFAO who know how to properly party.”

“Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown came up and spoke and Jordin said she’d been waiting to meet us. We thought, ‘We’ve been waiting to meet you’.”

The boys even admitted that Nathan cried after meeting Stevie Wonders!

Canadian singer Justin Bieber knows how hard it can be to be successful in a country other than your own, and the 18-year-old singer has revealed that he is impressed with how well UK boy band The Wanted have been doing in North America.

While in the UK to do some promotional work at Capital FM, Justin talked about the Wanted, who also happen to be managed by Justin’s manager Scooter Braun.

“It’s great to see all these young people being successful, especially coming from the UK,” Justin said. “A lot of the time it’s hard to break UK acts in the states, but now The Wanted are doing it. It’s really incredible”

Justin is currently promoting his new single Boyfriend, which is off of his highly anticipated album Believe. Meanwhile, The Wanted have just released their first EP in North America!
