After starring in the controversial Spring Breakers film this year, actress Vanessa Hudgens has decided to lay low for a while, enjoying life to its fullest this summer.
The star spent her Tuesday hanging out with some friends and little sister Stella Hudgens, as the group dressed up as school girls to watch Clueless. Posting a picture on Instagram, Vanessa wrote: “Went to Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Sunday. Watched Clueless.”
Vanessa also recently spoke with E! News about what she’s been up to – mostly working on her fitness, and having some cool experiences!
On her Summer Plans “I’m a gypsy. You never know where I’m going to be. I’m working on myself and just enjoying some life experiences. I want to be with nature…and just travel and camp! I’m excited about everything.”
On Fitness “There’s no such thing as too much exercise! I become fitness-obsessed. I work out twice a day, I’m really committed. I like to mix it up and work out with friends. Pilates has changed my body, so I’m a strong believer in that. Yoga is good for the mind and soul, and Soul Cycle…I’m obsessed! I’ll take two classes back to back. It’s so much fun. I also love kickboxing and dancing. I take salsa, tango, foxtrot and swing classes!”
On How She Relaxes “I love music…and going to music festivals. You can close your eyes and just lose yourself”
Vanessa’s Favorite Album of the Moment “James Blake’s Overgrown album. I had it burned on a CD, and it literally doesn’t stop playing in my car. Living in L.A., you’re always in your car, so I don’t even know how many times I’ve listened to it! His voice is off the charts, he’s classically trained with some hip hop influence. He has the voice of an angel.”
As their single Wings continues to climb the charts, the girls from Little Mix landed their very first US magazine cover, as they appear on the brand new June/July 2013 issue of Seventeen Magazine! Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Perrie Edwards show off their fun sense of style in the new issue, where they also open up about being a UK Girl Group, and what advice One Direction have given them!
While discussing the 17 things you didn’t know about them, Jade admitted that the girls are HUGE fans of the Spice Girls. “When we met the Spice Girls, Emma Bunton told us to keep being friends because that’s the connection fans love you for.” she revealed.
As for getting advice from former X-Factor group One Direction, Leigh-Anne said: “I asked the boys from One Direction how to make it in America and they basically said: ‘be yourself and you can’t go wrong. People know when you’re trying to be someone you’re not. Just be true to who you are.’ So that’s what we’ve been doing!”
You can catch the girls and their debut album DNA when it is released in the US on May 28th!

Disney darling Bella Thorne may have to wear makeup all the time for her show Shake It Up, and her red carpet appearances – but the teen star has opened up to OK Magazine on how much teens should be wearing makeup!
The actress opened up to share some of her best tips to keeping her skin look great, even when it’s not in the best shape! Here’s what she had to say:
“Never leave your makeup on too long,” Bella says. “When you don’t have to wear makeup, then don’t! If you’re going to the mall with your friends then don’t wear makeup. Your skin does not need your pores clogged,”
“Wiping your face with a rag is actually really bad for you because what it does is when your scrubbing whatever is left on the rag, even if it’s clean leaves bacteria. Your pores open up and what happens is if you go to sleep on your pillow, it’s not good. Don’t use a rag.” She continued.
Other than ditching the rag, what’s another key thing everyone should be doing for their skin? “Always keep your face moisturized. When I travel, I usually get a pimple. I’m not going to lie. It always happens. For that I would just say use those little Evian bottles and make sure your face is just hydrated.”
Be sure to check out Bella in action on Shake It Up on the Disney Channel!
With a whole new batch of love songs featured on her latest album Red, singer Taylor Swift has taken on the new role of love columnist in the December/January issue of Seventeen Magazine! Dishing advice to fans on the friend zone, and troubling boys; Taylor shares her best love advice to help you get closer to your very own love story!
Check out what Taylor had to say on boys:
On what to do if you’re stuck in the friend zone: “Remember that people have to fall in love with you because they want to, not because you want them to. The truth is, if you’re a girl and he’s a guy, he’s probably already considered you as an option and decided for whatever reason not to pursue it right now. Don’t chance ruining your friendship by chasing him before he’s ready. You just have to wait for him to turn it into something more, if and when he wants to.”
How to tell if he’s trouble: “It sucks, but you can’t know for sure after just one date. All you can do is be honest and real with him as you get to know each other. Deciding not to play games is the best way to go because it keeps things simple: If he messes it up by playing around with your heart, you’ll know he doesn’t deserve you. You were real with him, and he didn’t return the courtesy. Someone else will!”
When is it time to tell a guy that your never ever getting back together? “If you get into the habit of hiding your breakups and makeups from your friends and family because they roll their eyes at you, or no one can ever keep it straight if you guys are together or not…congratulations. You’re in an on-again, off-again relationship that’s gone on for way too long, and its time to end it for good!”

Disney actress Debby Ryan has been busy since the wrap of The Suite Life on Deck as she prepares for the premiere of her very own series Jessie. Debby recently chatted with MF Magazine about what’s been happening in her life recently. Check out some highlights from the interview!
On the end of The Suite Life: I realized I talk to at least one person or another from Suite Life almost every day. When you work with a group of people for 9 to 12 hours for three of some of the most monumental years of your life, it would be pretty hard not to form bonds. You see so many sides of these people, more often than family sometimes. Honestly, the cast and crew of Suite Life was such a diverse collection of people with so many different skills and experiences; I’m very excited to see where everyone goes from here.
On Jessie Character: One of my favorite things about this role is that I get to play someone who was raised sort of similarly to my own upbringing. Except Jessie is a much cooler version of myself. She’s sweetly strong; confident in her strength that she doesn’t feel the need to try and prove it all the time. Plus, she’s a funny chick. You know, we both babysat growing up and it seems to have really helped prepare us for the roles we’ve just found ourselves in. Jessie, as the nanny of 4 crazy kids with the world at their fingertips. Myself, at the helm of a young cast who’s brand new to the sitcom world. We both grew up around the military world, and family is very important to us. Both Jessie and I have been encouraged from a young age to find our strength, and fight for the things we believe in.
Debby’s off-set fun: Well lately, I’ve been obsessed with taking my kids on cast excursions. Glow in the dark mini golf, breakfast, Disneyland, etc. I go to concerts with my friends, download records, make playlists for my friends, and write about these experiences in my music blog, whoisdebbyanyway.tumblr.com.
Debby’s Advice: I don’t think you ever fully figure yourself out, because you are always growing and changing. Own that! Find the joy in surprising yourself. Explore the world around you and finding out how you feel about what you see. Try out new hobbies, styles, foods, cultures.. see what sticks. Its natural if you don’t know just yet what you stand for, but you need to know what you stand against. Have an anchor so life doesn’t toss you around. It’s good to have a mentor who has achieved what you want to achieve. They can help you so much and you can learn from their mistakes.
Be sure to watch out for Jessie this fall on Disney!
Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez looks stunning on the new cover of Girls Life August/September 2011 issue. The actress/singer chatted with the magazine about the end of her hit Disney series, as well as love and more! Check out some of the highlights from her interview.
On the end of Wizards: “I just tried to take everything in. I cried so much. The whole crew on that show has played a huge part of my life. They all watched me grow up and helped raise me in different ways. I feel like I’m still the girl from Texas that moved to L.A., just older and a little bit wiser.”
Selena’s Love Advice: “Love is beautiful. It’s hard but so wonderful. You should enjoy it and make sure the person betters you. I’ve been told I keep my heart guarded. My advice is to have fun and to be prepared for anything.”
On online comments: “There are worse things than someone disliking you and people on the Internet saying this or that, but I can’t lie. It hurts. I have a love-hate relationship with the Internet. I don’t like it in general. It’s vicious. Every choice that I make when it comes to my personal life, my films or my music, I always say, ‘Would my fans be proud of that?’ If I did something to kind of upset them, it would really crush me.”
See No More singer Joe Jonas performed last night at the Sounds like PAPER concert in New York, where he also chatted with PAPER Magazine about his new solo career.
Joe chatted about his new album, and even revealed who he would like to collaborate with. “Tiny Tempah is really cool. I think he’s awesome, and Adele, I love her music. I think she’d be great to work with.”
He also talked about the possibility of his brothers Kevin Jonas and Nick Jonas joining him on a future tour. “I can see that happening onstage. Once we start touring, if they come to our show, I can see them hopping up onstage.”
Joe is also known for his fashion choices, and shared his advice for other men out there. “You just gotta be comfortable with what you wear, just go out of your comfort zone on certain things. … You don’t want to be in super tight fitting clothes all the time, but if it’s a jacket and you say ‘I don’t know,’ try it out. It helps your creativity when you wear clothes.” Has Joe ever had some bad fashion moments? “(Laughs) Oh yeah! I look back in like a year and I go ‘what was I wearing?!’ Yeah, I definitely laugh at myself.”
