Doing their part to help save the earth, The Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, and some of their Camp Rock 2 tour mates pitched in to help clean up the shoreline near the Skyline Bridge in Tampa today.

Kevin Jonas talked about their effort to help out saying, “It’s amazing to walk through a beach and see trash when it’s so simple not to throw it down, If everyone went to the beach and enjoyed their time there and picked up one bag of trash it would make a big difference.”

Demi also revealed how she and her family are pitching in. “We went from not recycling at all and using up tons of plastic bottled water to replacing the bottled water with filtered water and totally recycling, my friends call me the ‘clean-up lady’ because no matter where I see trash I will pick it up. Because it does hurt to see people not taking care of the planet. It’s our job to preserve and protect it.”

Anna Maria Perez de Tangle, Alyson Stoner, Jordan Francis, and Matthew ‘Mdot’ Finley were also there to help the clean-up.

The DVD for Disney’s new movie Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam comes out TODAY (September 6th), and now you can take a look at one of the bonus features on the DVD – a special interview with the new cast members Chloe Bridges and Matthew ‘MDOT’ Finley. In the movie, Mitchie (Demi Lovato) is back at Camp Rock along with her old campmates for another amazing summer. Unfortunately, a rival camp called Camp Star has opened across the lake from Camp Rock causing some tension at the Camps. As Mitchie attempts to save the camp, Shane (Joe Jonas) tries to find time to get to know Mitchie after a year apart. Jason (Kevin) gets himself into a hectic situation after becoming the camp councillor to the Jr Camp Rockers (one of them is Frankie Jonas!). And last but not least, Nate (Nick) finds himself in a Romeo & Juliet situation as he falls for a Camp Star girl Dana (Chloe Bridges).

The cast are also on tour right now, and it is definitely worth checking it out! The Camp Rock cast performs their high-energy numbers from the first and second movies, keeping fans on their feet dancing along all night. Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers also perform songs off of their albums! Both Demi and the Brothers are amazing live and lots of fun to watch.
