Hunger Games & Harry Potter Lead 2012 MTV Movie Award Nominations!

The nominees for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards have been announced!

The new list of nominations for this years show have been posted, revealing that smash-hits Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows: Part 2 and The Hunger Games lead this years nominations with Harry Potter receiving 5 nominations, and the Hunger Games bringing in 6.

Other top movies that were nominated include Breaking Dawn Part 1, The Help, and Project X.

Check out this brand new TV spot for the highly anticipated movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Part 1 of the next Harry Potter movie stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint as everybody’s favorite trio – Harry, Ron, and Hermione. The video shows some new clips from the first part of the two movies, which is due out in theaters this November.

Emma Watson "Harry Potter is not Twilight, we're not selling sex."

British beauty Emma Watson has caused quite a stir lately by making some comments about the highly popular Twilight series.

While promoting the next Harry Potter movie, Emma talked about the on-screen kiss that happens between her and Rupert Grint.

“This kiss between Hermione and Ron is highly anticipated, it’s been building up for eight films now. And Harry Potter is not Twilight, you know; we’re not selling sex.” Emma said. “So, whenever there is any hint of that, everybody gets terribly excited. In fact, it was horribly awkward; we couldn’t stop laughing.”
