Branching out from his acting career, The Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson will be adding producer to his list of achievements. According to The Wrap, the 20-year-old actor has signed on to star in the new dark psychological thriller named Ape for Atomic Owl Pictures and JetLag Productions.
Ape will be “a dramatic tale of a young man’s struggle with mental illness, love and a deep-rooted family secret.”
The film will be directed by Miguel Sapochnik, with Bree Herzog producing fro Atomic Owl and Josh producing with JetLag’s Michelle Fightmaster and Ric Beddingfield.
We strongly believe in the global appeal of this project and we’re excited to work with Bree Herzog and team” Josh recently said of the new project.
“‘Ape’ is a passion project for us and to see it get made would truly be a dream come true.”
Meanwhile, Herzog expressed her excitement to work with Josh saying, “Josh is a tremendously talented and versatile actor who has already had an exciting career with roles spanning from blockbuster franchises such as ‘The Hunger Games’ to award-winning independent films like ‘The Kids Are All Right.’ We couldn’t be happier to be collaborating with Josh and JetLag Productions on ‘Ape,’”

Australian actor Liam Hemsworth has just signed up to star in Relativity Media’s film Aurora Rising.
According to Deadline, the film will be produced by Alexandra Milchan, Scott Lambert, Guymon Casady along with Ryan Kavanaugh with Antonio Moura Santos Jr as executive producer.
In the film, Liam will be playing “a Southern California surfer turned military fighter pilot who, after acing a complicated and messy first combat mission, gets recruited to be part of an elite team to test the next generation of aircraft. This happens just as an international conflict begins to escalate.”
Liam has been busy over the past week in France as he attends the Cannes Film Festival, where he has been promoting Catching Fire, the second film in The Hunger Games series. The film is set to be released this November.
After a busy day on the red carpet, the cast of Catching Fire stepped out once more to celebrate their new movie during the 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival on Saturday night (May 19). Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, and Sam Claflin joined director Francis Lawrence as they attended a party for Catching Fire at Baoli Beach.
Jennifer looked stunning in a white Christian Dior dress with colorful detailing on the side, pairing it with some bright pink Manolo Blahnik stilettos. Earlier in the day, Jen wore another Dior dress as she checked out the Jimmy P premiere.
That morning, the cast was together once more as they attended a photo call for Catching Fire and attend to some of their press duties for the film.

Actress Jennifer Lawrence stepped out Sunday evening (January 27) in a beautiful blue Christian Dior gown, as she walked the red carpet at the 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles. Nominated for the best female actress for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, Jennifer seemed to be in good spirits at the award ceremony despite being under the weather.
Just a couple weeks ago, Jennifer attended the Golden Globe Awards while suffering from the flu. Not feeling much better, Jennifer has revealed that the flu has turned into “walking pneumonia”.
During a red-carpet interview with E! News, Jennifer admitted that she didn’t always look so glam – especially while growing up with brothers.
“I had my brothers’ hand-me-downs,” Jennifer explained on her fashion while growing up. “I had no choice! I didn’t want to be, but my parents wouldn’t buy me clothes. I had to wear my brothers’ clothes, so I was literally wearing men’s clothing. I was mixing and matching, I could get some girl clothes.”
Jennifer also just finished wrapping up filming the second Hunger Games movie titled Catching Fire, which is slated to be released November 2013.

Doing her best to keep in tip top shape, actress Jennifer Lawrence was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday (August 8th). Dressed in her workout gear, Jennifer was spotted leaving her boxing class after her workout with a bottle of water in hand.
Jennifer is getting back into great physical shape as she prepares to head back into the role of Katniss Everdeen in Catching Fire, the second movie from the Hunger Games series.
The actress isn’t the only star getting ready for filming of the highly anticipated movie, her co-star Josh Hutcherson was seen sporting his blonde locks again for his role as Peeta Mellark in the series.

It has just been announced that actress Jena Malone has been cast to play the role of tribute Johanna Mason in the Hunger Games series! Johanna is a tribute who has won a previous hunger games, and will be participating in the Quarter Quell in Catching Fire.
Jena has previously starred in the History Channel’s mini-series Hatfields & McCoys, along with movies such as Suckerpunch and Into the Wild.

Australian actor Liam Hemsworth has been on the rise in Hollywood as he continues to appear in smash-hit movies such as The Hunger Games and the upcoming Expendables 2.
Liam stars as Gale Hemworth in the Hunger Games, and is set to star in three more movies from the series, with Catching Fire which will be released next fall.
While talking with Glamour magazine, Liam chatted about his character in the movie, and also spoke about his fiancé Miley Cyrus and older brother Chris Hemsworth.
So, is Liam team Gale or team Peeta?
“I relate to Gale more.” Liam said. “I feel like my decisions would’ve been similar to his decisions in those situations. I’d be trying to figure out a way to stop or fight back.”
Liam also revealed who’s team Miley is on. “She says she’s Team Katniss.” He said.
The actor also admitted that fans who approach the duo usually like to take pictures with the two together. “If it’s a really young person, it’s usually for her. But people do like to take photos of us together because of The Last Song.”
Miley isn’t the only one in Liam’s life who’s in the spotlight, his older brother Chris has become a big name in Hollywood after starring in movies such as Thor and The Avengers.
Growing up, Liam got to deal with having a good-looking brother – but also admitted he had crushes on some of his girlfriends!
“Well, when I started high school, I remember all the older girls coming up to me and saying how in love they were with Chris” Liam explained. “As the younger brother, I think you always have crushes on your older brother’s girlfriends.”
