WATCH: James Franco, Mila Kunis & Michelle Williams in ‘Oz the Great and Powerful’ Trailer

James Franco and Mila Kunis inhabit the magical land of Oz in their new movie Oz the Great and Powerful, the prequel to the 1939 classic The Wizard of Oz.

In the 3D flick, “When Oscar Diggs (James Franco), a small-time circus magician with dubious ethics, is hurled away from dusty Kansas to the vibrant Land of Oz, he thinks he’s hit the jackpot – fame and fortune are his for the taking – that is until he meets three witches, Theodora (Mila Kunis), Evanora (Rachel Weisz) and Glinda (Micelle Williams), who are not convinced he is the great wizard everyone’s been expecting. Reluctantly drawn into the epic problems facing the Land of Oz and its inhabitants, Oscar must find out who is good and who is evil before it is too late. Putting his magical arts to use through illusion, ingenuity – and even a bit of wizardry – Oscar transforms himself not only into the great and powerful wizard but into a better man as well”

The movie will open in theatres on March 8th, 2013!

Hunger Games & Harry Potter Lead 2012 MTV Movie Award Nominations!

The nominees for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards have been announced!

The new list of nominations for this years show have been posted, revealing that smash-hits Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows: Part 2 and The Hunger Games lead this years nominations with Harry Potter receiving 5 nominations, and the Hunger Games bringing in 6.

Other top movies that were nominated include Breaking Dawn Part 1, The Help, and Project X.

Emma Watson to star in 'My Week With Marilyn'

Harry Potter star Emma Watson has reportedly landed a new role in the movie My Week With Marilyn alongside Michelle Williams, Dominic Cooper and Judi Dench.

Emma is said to be playing Lucy, a wardrobe assistant in the movie which is based on a book by Colin Clark about Clark’s experience working with Marilyn Monroe. Emma’s character is also expected to be the love interest of Colin Clark, the main character.

You can also catch Emma in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 1) when it hits theaters on November 19th!
