After joining Demi Lovato on the road this year for her Neon Lights Tour, the girls from Little Mix are ready to launch their own headlining tour later on this year!
Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, and Jesy Nelson opened up on their upcoming Salute Tour in a recent interview with Teen Vogue, where they expressed their excitement to see their fans after kicking off the tour on September 10th.
“It feels incredible to know that everybody’s going to be there just for us,” Leigh-Ann says of their headlining tour. “The Neon Lights Tour was such a great experience, so imagining a tour with just our fans is going to be insane.”
Perrie adds, “It’s amazing, especially for American fans who don’t often get to see the big show that we do.”
While in the US this fall during the tour, the girls have revealed that they are looking forward to a little sight seeing in between shows.
“I love San Fran and I’m also a big fan of Texas,” Jade reveals. “But I have to say that I really like Chicago and Philadelphia because that’s my party place.”
Where does Perrie want to hit up? “I’d like to be able to go to the Statue of Liberty,” she says. “I’ve always wanted to go there. I’d even like to have dinner inside at some point in my life.”
After the girls wrap up their tour, they’ll most likely head back to the studio to work on some more new music for fans. The girls revealed who they’d potentially like to collaborate with in the future, with Jesy saying: “I’d definitely go with Nicki Minaj,” with Leigh-Anne adding, “We love her, she’s amazing.”
The Salute tour kicks off on September 10th and runs until October 11th.
