The 2017 Emmy Awards are upon us!
Stars will be hitting the red carpet in Hollywood, California tonight (Sept. 17) for TV’s biggest award show, and there’s sure to be some killer red carpet fashion!
The fifth annual Beautycon Festival Los Angeles kicked off this Saturday (Aug 12) in Los Angeles, as beauty bloggers, YouTubers and influencers gathered at the Los Angeles Convention Centre to celebrate all things beauty.
The 17-year-old will be starring in a spin-off show of ABC’s Black-ish, which will follow Yara’s character Zoey as she navigates college.
Black-ish executive producer Kenya Barris also says the series will explore: “current issues facing students and administrators in the world of higher education.”
The show will have an all-new cast, with Black-ish‘s Deon Cole making appearances in the series as a moonlighting professor.
Black-Ish actress Yara Shahidi attended the Essence Black Women in Hollwyood Awards on Thursday (Feb 23) in Beverly Hills, California.
Wearing a black ensemble with floral detailing, Yara was all smiles at the event, where she was honored with the Generation Next award.
Yara was also accompanied by her family at the event, and posed with her parents, two brothers and aunts on the red carpet before the ceremony.
Just one night before the 2017 Screen Actors Guild Awards, stars stepped out to celebrate nominees at an Entertainment Weekly celebration at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California.
