After ending season 5 with the yet another cliff hanger, the hit ABC Family show Pretty Little Liars will soon be starting up its sixth season, with some interesting new twists and turns.
Lucy Hale, who plays Aria Montgomery on the show, stopped by the Fox & Friends studios in New York City on Monday morning (May 11), where she talked about what’s to come in the new season.
“In the nature of our show, we pick up right where we left off,” Lucy said about the season premiere.
Lucy then revealed that the new season will also include a time jump into the future:
“Then actually for the first time in the show, later on in the season, we’re doing a significant flash forward. The girls have been in high school for all six years the show has been on, so [I] get to act more my age!”
While on the show, Lucy also revealed what her real first name is, and also spoke briefly about a new campaign she’s working on called Boost the Volume, to raise awareness about meningitis in teens.
It's time to raise awareness for meningococcal meningitis prevention ! Teens are at risk & under-vaccinated http://t.co/YBuRwwkKIX
