Taylor Swift performs at the AEG & Stonewall Inn’s Pride Celebration

After dropping her new single You Need to Calm Down and announcing her new album Lover, Taylor Swift stepped out in New York on Friday (June 14) to perform during the AEG and Stonewall Inn Pride Celebration commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising.

During the night’s celebration, Taylor was joined on-stage by Modern Family‘s Jesse Tyler Fergeson for a special acoustic performance of her song Shake it Off.

“I’m so happy I don’t have to keep this secret any longer,” Jesse later wrote on Twitter. “Look who came to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Stonewall at the Stonewall Inn. @taylorswift13, you are a gem. Thank you for everything you do for the LGBTQ community. We ❤ you! 🌈”
