In the video, Alexandra joins Zac at the gym, as they work out together by doing a bunch of different core exercises.
“My Baywatch co-star Alexandra Daddario joins me today for a killer core workout,” Zac wrote in the video’s description. “We couldn’t help but to reminisce about our carb-less days preparing for Baywatch while we did a combo of untraditional core movements. I may or may have not lost to her in a sit up competition… Stay tuned to see who gets punished!”
During their time together, Zac also asked Alexandra what it was like preparing for her role in Baywatch, which she revealed help her feel better as a whole.
“When you found out you were doing a Baywatch bikini-type role, what first runs through your mind?” Zac asked.
“I don’t even think I said this in press because it sounds so ridiculous, but my first thought, and this is going to sound really strange, was like ‘Great! I got the part! I don’t really need to do anything,” Alexandra said.
“And then I went in to go start weight training and working out and I realized my back started to feel better, and it wasn’t just about how I looked, it was about how I felt.”
