At the event, Lucy and Ashley joined the Katy Keene‘s cast and crew, including the show’s creator, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, executive producers Michael Grassi, Jon Goldwater, and co-stars Julia Chan, Jonny Beauchamp, Zane Holtz. and Katherine LaNasa, to talk about their new series.
During their discussion, Grassi revealed that there’s a good possibility fans could see a Riverdale and Katy Keene crossover in the future, saying: “I think it’s very likely that we will be seeing some familiar faces from Riverdale crossing over to our Katy Keene show and our New York world and we’re excited about that.”
An extended trailer for the show was also released today, giving fans a better look at what’s to come in the series. Check it out below!
Katy Keene follows “fashion legend-to-be Katy Keene (Lucy Hale), singer/songwriter Josie McCoy (Ashleigh Murray), performer Jorge Lopez/Ginger, and “It Girl” Pepper Smith — as they chase their twenty-something dreams in New York City…together.”
Katy Keene will premiere in 2020 on the CW!
